Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return requests are accepted for most of the products on Fabpik provided they are within their return window of 7 days.

  2. Products can be returned within the applicable return window/period if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Fabpik.in. Returns are not applicable on certain products as Baby Diapers, Baby Wipes, Cloth Diapers/Nappies,Baby and Infant Food.

  3. Return will be processed only if:

    a. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

    b. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

    c. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

  4. Returned products will be replaced with the same/similar product subject to the availability of the product with Seller. If the same/similar product is not available with the seller, a refund of the amount will be initiated. User has to bear the return shipping charges.

  5. In case of return of electronic devices qualifying the return conditions of Fabpik.in,  ensure that all personal information is removed before returning the product. Fabpik shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

  6. If you find the package in damaged condition at the time of delivery, do not accept it, we suggest to report the same to Fabpik support team. In the case of package acceptance, General return policy conditions shall apply.

  7. The purchase should be returned in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with the original receipt for a refund/replacement. Make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when returning it.

  8. Note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed to you by our Courier Service Partner, Fabpik shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

  9. If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.


    Refund Policy:


    1. Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method or as is appropriate based on the adherence to the return policy..

    2. Please note that the shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

    3. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during the refund process. Please ensure that the details that you entered are correct. Fabpik will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
